Here are some of our frequently asked questions and the corresponding answers


  • Is EVERYTHING gluten-free?

A: Yes! Raegamuffin’s is a dedicated gluten-free facility.


  • Do you accept debit/credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards.


  • What kind of flour(s) do you use?

A: We typically use a combination of white and/or brown rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch. If you have a question on specific items, please feel free to ask!


  • Do you have Peanut/Tree nut free items?

A: In our pursuit to be as inclusive as possible, we are also a peanut and tree nut free facility. We carefully screen our ingredients to ensure no risk of peanut/tree nut exposure.


  • Do you have Dairy free/ Vegan items?

A: We do in fact make items that are not only dairy free, but vegan as well. Please inform us prior to ordering if you have certain dietary restrictions/allergies and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!


  • Do you have Sugar Free items?

A: Yes, we do make sugar free items by special request only. As with all other special orders, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.


  • Do you ship your products via mail?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship our baked goods.


  • Do you make cakes for ___________?

A: Yes, we make cakes for all types of special events; Birthdays, weddings, retirement parties, etc. All cake orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to be processed, and you must either call or stop in the store to place your order.


  • Can I place an order for ____________?

A: Yes, you may call or stop in the store to place an order for anything you see on our menu. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders via Facebook. As with cake orders, special requests also require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to be processed. To better serve you, and guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend you place an order with us.


  • Do you make sandwiches/lunches/meals to order?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer sandwiches/lunches. We do have pizza slices for a lunch option on Fridays starting at 11:00 am. 


  • How do I go about placing a special order?

A: We require at least 48 hours on all special orders, the order must be placed via phone call or in person at the shop. We currently do not accept email, facebook or any sort of online order. 


  • Is there yeast in your products?

A: Only our breads and bread products (Cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, bagels, etc.) contain yeast.
